The caption of the Motion does not state the names of the debtors; no selection was made with respect to the alternative provisions of paragraphs 2 and 5; and the Motion was filed by only one of the two debtors in this case. This latter factor is not a critical problem — perhaps Phillip Francis Amsden doesn't want a discharge, and separate motions must be filed in joint cases anyway. However, the other deficiencies preclude granting the relief requested by the Motion.
