The fact that the money advanced by chattel mortgagee was paid by his creditor in three checks totaling the amount set out as consideration for the mortgage, is a technicality and does not affect the actual truth of the consideration itself. The money being the chattel mortgagee's in effect, and the amount mentioned in the mortgage having actually been advanced, the provisions of the Chattel Mortgage act have been complied with, and the mortgage truly, fully and completely states the consideration.

PER CURIAM.

The order appealed from will be affirmed, for the reasons stated in the opinion delivered by Vice-Chancellor Church in the court of chancery.

For affirmance — THE CHANCELLOR, TRENCHARD, PARKER, LLOYD, CASE, BODINE, DONGES, BROGAN, HEHER, KAYS, HETFIELD, WELLS, KERNEY, JJ. 13.

For reversal — None.
