JOHNSON v. JOHNSON

Court of Appeals of Maryland.
Jan 12, 1938

Divorce — Abandonment — Corroboration of Husband's Testimony.

The burden of proof on plaintiff in a suit for divorce includes that of corroboration of his own testimony.

In a suit by a husband for a divorce, on the ground of his wife's desertion of him by cessation of all marital relations, through the wife's fault, for a period of three years, during which time they lived in the same house, held that the corroboration of the husband's testimony to this effect was insufficient to entitle him to a decree.

Decided January 12th, 1938.

SHEHAN, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Unreported cases.
