MATTER OF CAULKINS v. GEN. MOTORS ACCEPTANCE CORP

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department.
May 4, 1938

Claimant's left leg was injured in January, 1936, while engaged in strenuous exercise. The injury nine years previous was not an inducing cause beyond the fact that the leg was somewhat weakened. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board.
