DOTTERWEICH v. DOTTERWEICH
Court of Appeals of Maryland.
Jun 20, 1938
Divorce — Abandonment
In a suit by the husband for divorce, held that there were, in the wife's testimony, admissions sufficient to corroborate the husband's complaints of the wife's refusal to cohabit with him, so as to justify the chancellor's conclusion that there had been a constructive desertion and abandonment of the husband by the wife.
Decided June 20th, 1938.
SLOAN, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.
