MECHANICS' LIENS, § 118 — waiver, as total. In action to foreclose mechanic's lien, waiver of lien executed by plaintiff which recited that plaintiff was to furnish "roughing in plumbing materials, sewer work and labor" was not a partial waiver, of work done in "roughing in" but not work done in "finishing"; it was a complete waiver, barring instant action.
