MIODOWNIK v. MIODOWNIK
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department.
Apr 19, 1940
In an action brought for the annulment of a marriage on the ground of fraud, judgment in favor of plaintiff unanimously affirmed. with costs.
