CONVERSION, § 43 — evidence. Plaintiff in action for conversion was properly granted judgment below, where evidence showed that after defendant foreclosed on certain premises it put locks on the building and prevented plaintiff from removing certain furniture, and subsequently leased the building and chattels to various parties.
