WHITAKER FARMERS GRAIN CO. v. SOUCIE
Appellate Court of Illinois.
Jun 28, 1940
ACCOUNTS STATED, § 14 — sufficiency of evidence. Where plaintiff on several occasions sent a statement of account to defendant, who never disputed amount claimed to be due in the statement, and who acknowledged that he owed the debt to two officers of plaintiff company, trial court properly found that there was an account stated and accepted to be true by the parties.
