GOODMAN v. JARECKI
Appellate Court of Illinois, First District.
May 19, 1941
INSANE PERSONS, § 8.1 — vacation of adjudication, failure to give notice of hearing. Where record failed to show that plaintiff was given notice of hearing of insanity proceedings against her, and answer of county judge admitted that plaintiff was not served with such notice, circuit court properly granted mandamus to compel county court to expunge an order adjudging plaintiff to be insane.
See Callaghan's Illinois Digest, same topic and section number.
Opinion by JUSTICE McSURELY.
