BALDWIN v. PEORIA STAR CO
Appellate Court of Illinois, Second District.
Feb 12, 1943
GIFTS, § 32 — sufficiency of evidence. In proceeding to establish title to shares of stock alleged to have been acquired by plaintiff by way of gift inter vivos, evidence failed to establish existence of valid gift or plaintiff's right to stock, and hence decree dismissing complaint was proper and would be affirmed.
See Callaghan's Illinois Digest, same topic and section number.
