KULESZA v. ALLIANCE PRINTERS PUBLISHERS
Appellate Court of Illinois, Chicago, First District.
Mar 22, 1943
DAMAGES, § 320 — when allowance of only nominal damages for libels is not abuse of trial court's discretion. In action to recover damages for libels alleged to have been published concerning plaintiffs in defendants' newspapers, held trial court did not abuse its discretion in allowing only nominal damages where there was no proof of actual monetary damages.
