MIRZA v. MIRZA
Appellate Court of Illinois, Chicago, First District.
Apr 20, 1943
DIVORCE, § 136 — impropriety of alimony award to husband. Award of alimony to husband in divorce suit, in lieu of dower, and in addition thereto, solicitor's fees, would be reversed, where it appeared that property owned by wife, and from which she received her sole income, did not yield her sufficient income to warrant such award.
See Callaghan's Illinois Digest, same topic and section number.
