BEITCH v. BEITCH

Order of the Domestic Relations Court of the City of New York (Family Court), Kings County, directing the appellant to pay the respondent ten dollars per week for the support of herself and an infant child, unanimously affirmed, without costs. Upon the evidence, the trial court correctly concluded that the appellant had not changed his domicile from New York to Florida prior to obtaining a Florida decree upon constructive service.
