WEINSTEIN v. METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE CO
Appellate Court of Illinois, Chicago, First District.
May 1, 1944
INSURANCE, § 485 — when finding of jury in favor of insurer not contrary to weight of evidence. In action by beneficiary to recover on three policies, finding of jury in favor of defendant as to claim based on certain policies, was not contrary to manifest weight of evidence, and hence trial court erred in granting plaintiff's motion in part for judgment notwithstanding verdict.
See Callaghan's Illinois Digest, same topic and section number.
Opinion by PRESIDING JUSTICE O'CONNOR.
Not to be published in full. Opinion filed May 1, 1944; rehearing denied May 15, 1944.
