FORMER ADJUDICATION, § 75 — judgment and satisfaction in trover bar to subsequent similar action. Recovery and satisfaction of money judgment in action of trover, with respect to specific chattel, which vested title to such chattel in defendant, constituted bar to another trover action for same chattel against subsequent purchaser thereof.
