MATTER OF MAKSIK v. O'CONNELL
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department.
Feb 14, 1950
Order annulling the determination of the State Liquor Authority unanimously reversed, with $50 costs and disbursements, the determination confirmed and the petition dismissed. An examination of the record leads to the conclusion that there was substantial evidence to support the ruling of the authority in refusing to renew petitioners' liquor license, and in ordering the cancellation of the temporary license which was issued pending the announcement of its decision upon petitioners' renewal application. Settle order on notice.
