In a proceeding upon a petition to open and review an adjudication of the account of a trustee, the decree of the court below, sustaining preliminary objections on the ground that petitioners were barred by laches, was affirmed on appeal.
OPINION PER CURIAM, May 22, 1950:
The decree of the court below is affirmed on the opinion of Judge KLEIN at the cost of appellants.
