MATTER OF BENZOW v. COOLEY

Order affirmed, without costs, upon the ground that Local Law No. 1 of 1960 of the City of Buffalo is not subject to mandatory referendum under subdivision 3 or 4 of section 15 of the City Home Rule Law. We pass on no other question. No opinion.
