PEOPLE v. GALLO

Motion for an order removing the above-entitled criminal action and the trial thereof from the Court of General Sessions, New York County, to a term of the Supreme Court denied in all respects, on the ground that the application is precluded by section 353 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
