SAVOY, Judge.
For the reasons set forth in the case of Odom, Jr. et al. v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company et al. La. App., 203 So.2d 752, handed down this date, the judgment of the district court in the instant case is affirmed at appellant's costs.
Affirmed.
