PEOPLE EX REL. HAWKINS v. AGNEW

Application, pursuant to CPLR 7002 (subd. [b], par. 2), for a writ of habeas corpus denied for failure of compliance with article 70 of the CPLR and more particularly with the provisions of CPLR 7002 (subd. [c], par. 6) thereof, and as otherwise without merit. Additionally, the grounds asserted as the basis for the present application have been asserted on previous applications and rejected by this court. Herlihy, P.J., Reynolds, Greenblott, Cooke and Sweeney, JJ., concur.
