It is ORDERED that the resignation of IRWIN H. WEINSTEIN of Trenton as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey be accepted with prejudice in accordance with R. 1:20-10, effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that the acceptance of this resignation be deemed equivalent to respondent's disbarment; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law.
