Writ denied: No abuse of discretion in trial court granting a new trial to consider additional evidence.

SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted. The trial judge has applied an erroneous standard for the value of stolen property.

SUMMERS, J., is of the additional opinion the issue is res nova and should be decided by this court.
