ROZAS v. GULLORY

DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

This case was consolidated for trial and remained so on appeal with the case of Rozas and Sonnier v. Guillory, Dixie Auto Insurance Company, and Hanover Insurance Company, La.App., # 5986, 349 So.2d 453, in which a separate judgment is being rendered this date.

For the reasons assigned in that case, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Costs are assessed against defendant-appellant, Dixie Auto Insurance Company.
