MATTER OF McDONNELL

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that GERARD McDONNELL of West Orange be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) pending final disposition of the complaint against him before the Essex County District Ethics Committee, and he having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that said GERARD McDONNELL be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending resolution of the complaint against him and until further order of this Court, effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that said respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court regarding disbarred, suspended or resigned attorneys.
