STATE v. PURDUM
District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.
Jul 15, 1981
PER CURIAM.
We quash the writ of certiorari granted below. In statutory certiorari proceedings pursuant to ยง 322.31, Florida Statutes (1979), the circuit court may not consider the sufficiency of prior traffic convictions forming the basis for revocation of driving privileges. See Wheeler v. Department of Highway Safety Motor Vehicles, 297 So.2d 128 (Fla.2d DCA 1974).
HOBSON, Acting C.J., and RYDER and DANAHY, JJ., concur.
