BELT v. WHITTINGTON

This case was consolidated for trial and on appeal with Simmons v. Whittington, 444 So.2d 1357, in which a separate judgment was rendered January 16, 1984. For the reasons assigned in that opinion, the judgment appealed in the instant case is affirmed.
