Oct 2, 1984
Judgment is to be entered in the Superior Court to the effect that the petitions for the recall of the mayor of Chelsea filed on July 19, 1984, and certified by the board of registrars of voters of Chelsea on July 26, 1984, after review pursuant to G.L.c. 56, § 59, have failed to obtain a sufficient number of signatures, as required by the Chelsea city charter, St. 1911, c. 680, § 76, to compel a recall election.
