R.L.W. v. STATE
District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.
Apr 26, 1985
PER CURIAM.
The parties have agreed that the three-month minimum period of community control imposed by the trial court is improper. See ยง 39.11(3), Fla. Stat. (1983), and L.J.N. v. State, 411 So.2d 1349 (Fla. 1st DCA 1982). We strike this portion of the commitment order, but note that this question apparently is moot due to the passage of time.
This case is otherwise AFFIRMED.
GRIMES, A.C.J., and OTT and DANAHY, JJ., concur.
