Order reversed, with costs, and matter remitted to Supreme Court, Albany County, with directions to remit to the Board for determination of whether the S/I notations are statutorily exempt from disclosure for the reasons stated in the dissenting memorandum of Justice Howard A. Levine at the Appellate Division ( 102 A.D.2d 987, 987-989).
