WILDER v. ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF TOWNSEND

Judgment is to be modified by striking therefrom the provisions for dismissal of the complaint and by substituting in place thereof a declaration that the decision of the zoning board of appeals was not in excess of its authority. As so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
