WINCHESTER v. PIKE

Civil procedure — Automobiles — Service of process on Secretary of State — R.C. 2703.20 is a special statutory proceeding as excepted by Civ. R. 1(C)(7) and therefore does not conflict with Civ. R. 4.4(A).

This cause on appeal from the court of appeals (case No. 10-196) is reversed on authority of Anson v. Tyree (1986), 22 Ohio St.3d 223, decided this date.
