This cause is affirmed in part and reversed and remanded in part to the Circuit Court of Houston County, Alabama on authority of Alabama Supreme Court No. 85594, 502 So.2d 808, November 21, 1986, rehearing overruled, January 9, 1987.

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED AND REMANDED IN PART.
