IN THE MATTER OF BERUBE

The Probate Court decree dismissing the petition pursuant to G.L.c. 201, § 38, is reversed. A decree shall be entered authorizing the petitioner, as guardian of Lucien L. Berube, to make the conveyance described in the petition.
