PER CURIAM.
Having considered the trial court's January 9, 1991 "ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL" entered upon remand, we affirm appellant's conviction and sentence.
Thomas v. State, 574 So.2d 160 (Fla. 4th DCA 1990).
AFFIRMED.
