SUBJECT: Department of Social Services; the Community Work Experience Program (CWEP) under the Job Opportunities and Basic Skills Training Program (JOBS), required by section 402(a)(19) of the Social Security Act, as amended by section 201(a) of the Family Support Act of 1988, Pub.L. 100-485, and set forth in title IV, part I of the Social Security Act, as added by section 201(b) of the Family Support Act (codified as amended at 42 U.S.C.A. § 602(a) 681-687 (West Supp. 1989)).
