ANDERSON v. STATE

Respondent's Motion for Rehearing is granted and the Order of this Court dated October 29, 1993, 632 So.2d 1016, is hereby vacated.

The petitioner in the above cause has filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, and the same having been duly considered, it is ordered that said Petition be and the same is hereby denied.
