ROWELL v. STATE
Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama.
Jun 16, 1995
After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
McMILLAN, Judge.
The Alabama Supreme Court reversed the judgment, holding that the evidence regarding a large sum of money and a telephone pager was properly admitted to prove the appellant's constructive possession of cocaine.
Because the appellant raised no other issues on appeal, we affirm the judgment of the trial court on the authority of Rowell v. State, 666 So.2d 830 (Ala. 1995).
AFFIRMED.
All judges concur.
