TOSI v. ADAMS

Judgment as to liability affirmed. The damage award is modified and thereby reduced to $1,350. The award of attorney's fees is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Housing Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
