REA v. REGENCY OLDS/MAZDA/VOLVO
The cause having been briefed and orally argued, the order of October 26, 1994, 447 Mich. 996, granting leave to appeal is vacated, and leave to appeal is denied. Reported below: 204 Mich. App. 516.
WEAVER and TAYLOR, JJ.
We would grant leave to appeal for the reasons stated by Justice WEAVER in dissent, Haske v. Transport Leasing, Inc., Indiana, 455 Mich. 628, 665 (1997).
Reconsideration denied March 27, 1998.
BOYLE, J.
I agree with the denial of the motion for reconsideration on the understanding that it is without prejudice to defendants proceeding on their pending petition to stop benefits or filing a new petition as they may determine.
WEAVER, J. (dissenting).
I would grant reconsideration and, on reconsideration, would grant leave to appeal for the reasons stated in my dissent in Haske v. Transport Leasing, Inc., Indiana, 455 Mich. 628, 665 (1997).
TAYLOR, J.
I join in the dissent of Justice WEAVER.
