The judgments are affirmed with the exception of nos. 94-00471-3, 94-00471-5, 94-00471-14, and 94-00471-17. The judgments on those indictments are reversed, the verdicts set aside, and judgments are to be entered for the defendant. Further appellate review granted, 428 Mass. 1102 (1998).
