KITTREDGE v. KITTREDGE

The portion of the judgment granting the divorce and pertaining to the alimony award is affirmed. The portion of the judgment pertaining to the division of assets is reversed and remanded to the Probate Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. The judge may revisit the subject of alimony if appropriate.
