WILLIAMS v. AMERISURE INSURANCE COMPANY
Supreme Court of Michigan.
Jul 28, 1998
Summary Dispositions July 28, 1998:
In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals as on rehearing granted to address whether its analysis is affected by plaintiff's proofs at trial regarding the events involving Mr. Postma on September 19, 1988. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Contrary to the implication in footnote 1 of the Court of Appeals opinion, plaintiff's counsel did refer to the September 19 incident in his briefs on appeal. Jurisdiction is not retained. Court of Appeals Nos. 171299, 176861, 177052.
