PER CURIAM.
We grant defendant Wallace Keith Foster's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and vacate the order revoking his probation in Circuit Court Case Number 95-24765. See Hall v. State, 24 Fla. L. Weekly D2285 (Fla. 3d DCA Oct. 6, 1999); Raulerson v. State, 724 So.2d 641 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999).
