The petitioner proved by a preponderance of the evidence that the appellant Tracy S. neglected the subject children (see, Family Ct. Act ยง 1046 Fam. Ct. Act[b][i], 1012 Fam. Ct. Act[f][i]).
The appellant's remaining contentions are without merit (see, Matter of Katherine S., 271 A.D.2d 538 [Appellate Division Docket No. 94-05603, decided herewith]).
