1. The Motion by Creditor to Dismiss Case filed by Fred M. Holt on June 22, 2000, is GRANTED.

2. This bankruptcy case, commenced by the filing of a Voluntary Petition under Chapter 11 on June 12, 2000, is DISMISSED.
