PER CURIAM.

Leondre Russell appeals the summary denial of his petition for writ of error coram nobis. The order of the trial court is affirmed. See Bethune v. State, 25 Fla. L. Weekly D1271 (Fla. 2d DCA May 24, 2000). We certify conflict with Smith v. State, 26 Fla. L. Weekly D1 (Fla. 4th DCA Dec. 20, 2000).
