The opinion of this Court in the above-entitled action, dated February 5, 2001, is hereby amended as follows:

On page 24, line 2, "net added value" should now read "net asset value."

On page 26, lines 17 and 18, "months of NAV" and "months of negative NAV" should now read "months with negative changes in NAV."

On page 57, line 23, "Corp.'s" should now read "Partners."

On page 77, line 20, "$25.4 million" should now read "$35.4 million."

On page 230, line 10, "12 percent" should now read "13 percent."
