This matter came before the court on the motion of REYNOLDS FARMS, INC., creditor, to allow its claim as timely filed. It appearing to the court from the records and files herein that the debtor-in-possession, the U.S. Trustee and other interested persons were duly served with the Notice and Motion on February 20, 2001, that no objections have been made for this motion, that the time for filing objections has now expired, and that allowing this claim as timely-filed will not cause prejudice to the debtor-in-possession or other creditors and will serve in the interests of justice,

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the proof of claim of REYNOLDS FARMS, INC. be allowed as timely filed.
